What you will do/ Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming leads via outbound calls, emails, and messaging apps.
  • Engage with both potential and current customers, understanding and meeting their needs.
  • Provide consultancy and regular follow-ups to clients.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our services to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
  • Manage our CRM system, ensuring accurate client records and timely contract updates.
  • Identify sales trends and customer needs, and strategize accordingly.
  • Nurture and convert warm leads into sales.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals effectively, ensuring mutual benefit.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • You are fluent in English (B2-C2 level).
  • You have at least one year of success and high performance in digital sales (B2B and B2C). Previous international sales experience in any area, such as Pre-Sales Manager, Sales Manager, full-cycle Sales Manager, Business Development, or similar roles, is a plus.
  • You have end-to-end digital sales funnel experience, including successful closures (from blueprinting sales to converting warm leads into sales).
  • You have excellent listening, influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to create a great first impression.
  • You express ideas clearly and respectfully, communicating effectively across different cultures & time zones.
  • You are proficient in relevant software and tools (CRM systems, data analytics platforms) to enhance sales processes.

Work Details & Schedule:

  • Full-time, remote position.
  • Anticipated time commitment: 32−40 hours per week (Monday to Friday); with flexibility in timing.
  • Dedicated Team is always here to help you with your questions and tasks.

Pay & Benefits:

  • One-month paid trial to ensure a seamless integration.
  • Potential earnings up to 40,000 UAH ($1,000) monthly post-trial including monthly base pay and performance-based bonuses.
  • 39 paid days off annually including 1 Paid Day Off per month, holidays, and annual vacation.

  3. Initial Interview: Lasting between 30 to 60 minutes, this first meeting aims to provide a clearer understanding of your potential role. It’s an opportunity for both parties to align expectations, discuss the company culture, and offer insights into daily tasks and responsibilities.
  4. Second Interview: This stage delves deeper into your technical skills and aptitude. It may include tests or simulations that represent real-world challenges you’d encounter in the role. This helps us gauge your problem-solving abilities and approach to specific tasks.
  5. Final Interview: Here, you’ll meet with a hiring manager for a more comprehensive discussion. It’s an opportunity to clarify any doubts, discuss potential growth paths, and understand our expectations. We encourage candidates to come prepared with questions and engage in open dialogue.
