TakeAds as a part of Mitgo is an ads network that empower advertisers to deliver creative advertising campaigns that capture consumer attention without the use of personal data across current and future emerging digital environments at scale. We are looking for a Sales Manager to strengthen our team and work with our clients in the Italian market.
What you’ll do:
- Identifying and targeting potential clients and partners in the affiliate marketing space and establishing strong business relationships with them;
- Collaborating with marketing teams to align sales and marketing efforts and ensuring consistent messaging and effective lead generation;
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential challenges in the Italian market;
- Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients;
- Negotiating and closing deals with clients, as well as ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as product development and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities;
- Providing regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, and highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations;
- Attending industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships, generate leads, and promote the company’s offerings;
- Staying informed about the company’s products, features, and updates to effectively communicate their value to clients;
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
What we expect:
- Fluency in English + Italian (both written and spoken);
- A proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the SaaS or affiliate marketing industry;
- A strong understanding of the Italian market and its dynamics;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners;
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing a sales team;
- Knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry;
- Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies;
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools;
- A results-driven and target-oriented mindset;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- The ability to work independently and take initiative;
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
