VT Labs is a software development company that creates custom scalable solutions all over the world and now we are looking for an experienced, highly motivated IT Sales Manager who will work with a full cycle of sales development and help our business to grow.

What you need to have:

  • 2+ years of business development experience, preferably with e-commerce.
  • Hands-on experience with outbound lead generation, LinkedIn and Upwork marketing tools.
  • Experience with Hubspot CRM Software is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the full cycle of the business development process (identifying, developing, negotiating, and deals closing).
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and getting-things-done working approach.
  • Fluent/Advanced level of written and spoken English.
  • Working with Shopify products will be a plus.

What you will do:

  • Contribute the best business development strategy.
  • Plan and implement campaigns for a lead pipeline generation that aligns with the company goals.
  • Identify and research potential clients, markets and companies that can benefit from our e-commerce services.
  • Build and maintain valuable and trustful relationships with existing and past clients and partners, using personalized approaches.
  • Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to drive the results.
  • Continuous learning from market news, trends and technology.
