We are searching for a motivated and proactive Sales Assistant to become an integral part of our team at Webrun. As a Sales Assistant, you will be instrumental in managing CRM activities, qualifying leads, and conducting outreach efforts to expand our client base. Your contributions will directly impact the growth of our business and help maximize revenue opportunities. Responsibilities:
- Manage CRM software to organize and track customer interactions, leads, and sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads by conducting research, understanding customer needs, and assessing potential fit.
- Draft and send effective emails to leads and prospects, showcasing our services and addressing customer inquiries.
- Conduct outreach activities through various channels to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Report directly to the CEO, providing updates on lead status, sales pipeline, and outreach efforts.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant internship or trainee experience is preferred, particularly in a small-to-medium-sized business environment or through relevant courses.
- Familiarity with the web development industry and the ability to create an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) are desirable.
- Experience working with American clients is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of their needs and preferences.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
- Proficiency in CRM software or/and lead management tools.
