Are you a dynamic and results-driven person with a passion for communication? VerbalCraft is a brand-new translation company that is seeking a skilled Sales Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our translation, overdubbing, and typesetting services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Discover fresh business prospects, such as emerging markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services.
- Drive active sales by engaging in cold calling, conducting independent research, and participating in referral programs.
- Conduct face-to-face or phone meetings with clients
- Generate leads and reach out to potential customers through cold calling.
- Approach the business strategically, envisioning the broader picture and establishing goals to enhance and develop the company.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales. Experience in translation service will be a +.
- 2+ years experience in Business Development or B2B sales role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales or business development role.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
