This vacancy is an excellent opportunity to work in a sales team directly managed by our CEO Konstantin Karpushin, who has become in 2015 one of the youngest partner in one of the BIG4 companies by transforming the sales process which led to the growth of revenue six times.

Main responsibilities:

• Regularly monitor Upwork for new project postings related to UI/UX design
• Carefully read and analyze each project posting to determine if it aligns with our target client profile
• Conduct additional research on potential clients by finding their profiles on LinkedIn or Facebook
• Rapidly add qualifying leads to a designated spreadsheet within 5 minutes of their posting on Upwork

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, with excellent reading and comprehension skills
• Ability to quickly and accurately assess project relevance
• Familiarity with using Upwork, LinkedIn, and Facebook for research purposes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines

Ideal Candidate:

• This position is well-suited for a student or an early-career individual looking to develop skills in lead generation and client management
• The candidate must be committed to fast-paced work and meeting the critical requirement of adding leads to the spreadsheet within 5 minutes of their appearance
• Must be able to work diligently during the selected shift, whether it be morning, evening, or night

Candidates can choose their preferred shift, demonstrating flexibility and dedication to the role

• ‍Morning Shift: Runs from 9 AM to 5 PM. Ideal for those who prefer a traditional workday.‍
• Evening Shift: Runs from 5 PM to 1 AM. Suited for individuals who prefer working in the late afternoon and evening hours.‍
• Night Shift: Runs from 1 AM to 9 AM. Ideal for night owls or those in different time zones where these hours align with daytime.
