We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to join our startup team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, be well-organized, and be excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment. Are you our perfect match?
Required Skills:
- Upper-Intermediate English is a must, we are happy if you are Advanced or Fluent instead :)
- Upper-intermediate German is a must. We are happy if you are Advanced!
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with sales tools and technologies, such as CRM software, sales automation tools, and social selling.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take the initiative and be resourceful in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A strong understanding of the sales process and experience in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and drives revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics and report on progress to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and refine sales collateral and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
