Project Description: Introduct.tech is expanding its presence into online and conference-based sales. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Website Content Creator and Marketing Sales Assistant. The role involves creating engaging content, participating in sales processes during conferences, and contributing to the marketing and sales materials. Responsibilities:

• Create compelling blog and news posts in English.
• Work on marketing and sales materials and presentations.
• Actively participate in the sales process during conferences.
• Collaborate with the marketing/commerce team in Tallinn.
• Engage in tasks related to the online expansion of Introduct.tech.

Necessary Qualifications and Skills:

• Borderline fluent in English, preferably with experience living in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, or Australia.
• Content creation skills — teachable on other aspects.
• Sales skills — socially open, active in communication, confident, friendly, and able to create engaging conversations.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken forms.
• Proficiency in Russian is considered an additional asset.

Business Trips: Occasional business trips, typically 3 days long for conferences, and 1−2 weeks per quarter or as needed to work in Tallinn with the marketing/commerce team. Workflow: Weekly general meetings, a couple of times a week, with the majority of tasks communicated through chat and Agile board. Stakeholder meetings (with the employer) align with Estonian time.
