If you dream of becoming a Sales Manager guru who works for the European market and you are self-driven and goal-oriented and have excellent written and verbal communication in English, this position is for you! As we grow, we’re looking for a passionate Hunter, who will build professional relationships, and generate new business for our company.
What you’ll contribute in this role…

Effective Client Handling: Ensure efficient management of clients, guiding them from the initial meeting to reaching an agreement. Provide continuous support to customers, offering assistance after a sale, and addressing any issues that may arise.

Presentations: Develop and deliver high-quality presentations that precisely address the needs and challenges faced by our clients.

Keep a vigilant eye on market trends: Conduct thorough and organized market analyses to identify new opportunities for the company’s growth.

Active Participation in Brainstorming Sessions: Engage proactively in team brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and collaboratively find solutions to challenges. Encourage the exchange of best practices among colleagues to continually improve the quality of work and enhance team efficiency.
What experience you’ll bring to SparkLead…
- Your 2+ years of expertise and new ideas.
- History of making successful deals with customers.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Value and possible growth.
Bonus Points (but not must-have)
- IT, banking or marketing agency experience would be great.
- Working proficiency in a second language is a real advantage.
- Understanding of the business processes, roles, and organizational structure.
