Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager within the IT industry, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked extensively with Upwork;
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage client relationships effectively on the Upwork platform;
- Deep understanding of IT services and project estimation processes, capable of collaborating with technical teams to draft proposals;
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of persuasive and clear client interactions;
- Organized and strategic, with the ability to manage multiple proposals and client communications effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and convert provided leads into signed clients on Upwork, ensuring a high conversion rate;
- Work in tandem with project managers and developers to create accurate and competitive project proposals, ensuring clear communication of timelines, budgets, and deliverables;
- Hit monthly targets set by the company;
- Communicate with a sales assistant to ensure CRM stays up to date.

Terms of work:
- Working hours — 11:00 — 20:00 (partial availability during non-working hours but only for urgent cases);
- Working days — Monday — Friday;
- 24 vacation days a year;
- Salary — $600 + %of revenue (trial period — $400 + %of revenue);
- Acceptance and following of the company goals and rules.
