The customer service manager is the first point of contact in the organization for our customers as well as for our suppliers for the daily sales operations e.g. customer care, customer projects, campaigns, orders and deliveries.

TASKS:

• Office correspondence (communication)
• Inquire offers and prepare price quotations to customers
• Entering orders / forecasts / contracts on customer and supplier side
• organizing logistics/transport (with 3rd party warehousing company and/or forwarder), and final check of invoices for such services
• Invoicing of orders incl. issuing debit notes for direct deliveries by the supplier
• Check of purchase invoice
• Issue credit notes
• Eventually: Dunning for overdue invoices
• Assign costs to relevant departments
• Intrastat (statistics for imported goods)
• Archiving of relevant documents (delivery notes, orders from customers, …)
• Eventually: organization of sales events for customers in coordination with technical sales manager or managing director
• Eventually: cash management (cash register)
• Eventually: preparations for accounting
• Stock management

PROFILE:

• Commercial background (on high-school degree)
• Familiar with Windows, MSOffice and ERP programs (P4Y), for the later one the company is offering thorough training.
• Type writing skills
• Familiar with 1C system
• Good English proficiency
• Experience with logistics are welcome, but would be trained
• Experience with quality management systems could be an advantage (whenever becoming an internal auditor and representing the quality manager during his/her absence)
• great attention to detail, structured working style, analytical thinking
• team player and thinking in solutions (forming a «sales team» together with technical sales manager)
• excellent communication skills, very skilled to conversate over the phone
