We are looking for a sales manager to work with online orders and customer support for French speaking countries.

Key functions and duties include:

• handling enquiries about products and related questions
• communicating with customers by telephone, e-mail or chat
• order processing and logistics
• issuing commercial documents
• working with content, product catalog, translations

Required skills:

• strong communication skills

• ability to multitask, flexibility
• fluent English (at least Intermediate, B1)

• fluency in French (at least Upper-Intermediate, B2)
