For over 9 years, we have been building an international EdTech marketplace — helping students from all over the world to find the best teachers to study a wide variety of subjects. Today BUKI has over 110,000 teachers, a team of 130 employees, and more than 1,200,000 processed student orders from all over the world.
We are always looking for new talents to join our team. One of our fastest growing products, BUKI School, has opened a position for a Sales / Customer Success Manager for the Bulgarian market, or a person who will lead the Bulgarian market from the customer service side and drive it.
Professional requirements:

Fluency in Bulgarian: correct and clear spoken language, intelligent and structured writing;
- Ukrainian/Russian or English languages at the conversational level;
- At least 1 year of experience as a customer service/sales/account manager.
- Work experience in a tutoring center, online school, or private tutoring is an advantage.
- Previous experience in managing teams in educational companies (schools), where there was a process of group and/or individual online classes — is an advantage;
- Proficient computer user (fluent in MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Docs, Gmail, and various types of browsers);
- Analytical skills, working with spreadsheets and other types of reports at a high level;
- High level of discipline in work and responsibility;
- Scrupulousness in work, attention to detail;
- Openness to new knowledge and a positive attitude!
Your tasks on the project:
- Work with clients — accepting requests, clarifying details, assigning a teacher, and monitoring payments and lessons;
- Coordination of the teacher’s recruiting and onboarding team in accordance with the flow of clients.
- Cooperation with the Education Dpt to improve the local educational part (content, quality of teaching) at the level of building processes.
You will work with:
- Existing teams that work operationally in the markets of Ukraine, Poland, Kazakhstan and Romania;
- The existing Core Team (marketing, product, and analytics, business development);
- And directly with the CEO and founders of the company, who are always open to new ideas and their implementation.
