Solar digital involves the development of custom web applications with a deep dive into client business processes, emphasizing design and interface logic. Additionally, specialize in creating promotional websites and branding. Furthermore, Solar digital operate in the field of maritime logistics, trading, retail, and the development of MVP versions for startups.
To facilitate growth and expansion, opening the position of Sales Manager to develop the sales department and promote services.
Responsibilities :
- Managing the complete sales cycle, from identification to closure, involving presentation, responding to request for proposal, negotiating contracts, and facilitating the transition to other departments for future services.
- Analyzing market needs and furnishing clients with information about the product offering.
- Ensuring client satisfaction by delivering excellent service and achieving expected results.
- Developing a sales plan for both current and future prospects.
- Establishing and maintaining ongoing relationships with internal and external sales channels.
Requirements:
- 1−3 years of relevant experience;
- English Level: C1 or higher;
- Sales oriented, always looking for opportunities to engage with new prospects;
- Experience managing complex sales cycles;
- Strong strategic sales skills and business acumen;
- Superior self-management and multitasking skills;
- Understand business functions, workflow, plan budgets, understand impacts of decisions, manage business metrics;
- Strong presentation skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to creatively solve problems;
