We are seeking an IT Sales Manager to join our Teiva Systems Team!
Requirements
- Proven track record of driving profitable growth and achieving revenue targets of the company;
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales in IT outsourcing companies — experience with technical sales/business development OR impressive technical background in PaaS/SaaS/Development/BA roles besides Sales activities — is a must;
- Sales experience of longer sales cycles and significant management of those activities (up to 6−12 months);
- A validated track record of new business sales including presentation and negotiation skills within the industry and collaboration with Head or C-Level managers;
- Sucessful track record in collaboration with Lead Generation managers, ability to manage them, help with strategies including texts, and use additional methods for attracting new clients;
- An impressive experience with outbound sales and working with corporate clients;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills;
- Demonstrable business and financial personal motivation;
- Orientation to the result and the client, as well as entrepreneurial thinking;
- Large personal networking which helps close significant deals;
- Successful track records in international tenders — big plus;
- Strong speaker and written communication skills in English (C1 — must).
Responsibilities
- Identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients;
- Sell (European market) software and services to enterprises (including companies from Fortune 500), sell solutions and consulting to fulfill needs using the ServiceNow platform;
- Full sales cycle management — from prospecting (there is a lead generator to help), discovering & qualifying leads, demonstrating the product, pricing, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and closing successful completion;
- Manage and report accurate forecasts and pipelines to the business;
- Achievement of annual sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis is required;
- You identify new business opportunities through cold calls/messages and convince potential new customers of our service portfolio;
- Act as a primary point of contact for selected strategic Enterprise customers and maintain relationships with decision-makers at the executive and management levels;
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction to ensure clients realize the total value of working with Teiva Systems;
- At the same time, sell according to the outstaff model of candidates with whom our recruiters and sourcers have built relationships;
- Engage and align effectively in C-level meetings in order to properly understand customer business requirements;
- Create detailed reports in the form of a presentation about what has been done and what the plans are for the next month;
- Retain and grow the existing customer base with regular non-sales customer engagement activities to deliver an excellent customer experience.
