Job Summary
Responsible for supporting Managing Director by providing administrative, clerical, and customer support. Follows up with customers, completes orders, and processes sales leads.
Primary Responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls and assist customers.
- Handle orders, complaints, and other inquiries.
- Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed.
- Process sales data and progress reports.
- Follow up on sales leads.
- Answer questions about product or warranties.
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
- Promote products and services on exhibitions.
- Maintain client database.
- Make quotations for customers.
- Arrange meetings and conference rooms.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle billing issues.
- Take part in events, conferences, business trips and other meetings.
- Preparation of sales reports.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Excellent learning abilities
- Confident user of MS office
- Knowledge of English
- Working experience in B2b sales is a plus
Qualifications:
- Competence to price and close project orders
- Potential to be responsible for sales in own market area in Ukraine
- Customer search, identification and pursuit of project opportunities
- Potential to in collaboration with the customer and possibly advisors to develop solutions that are customized and optimal for the customer
- Contribute to the market development of company in Ukraine
- Potential in future to conduct contract negotiations covering the technical and commercial aspects of the projects
TASKS
- Processing leads and project opportunities within grain and feed, grain terminals, oil factories, port terminals, rolling mills, power plants that burn with biofuel, factories that manufacture biofuel and consulting engineers
- Establish and expand customer contact, including needs coverage, determination of project solutions and specifications for the projects
- Tender preparation — with support from the Technical Department in Denmark
- Handover of contracted projects to the project managers in Denmark, which includes time and financial reporting
- Expansion of the customer network and follow-up with customers

- That the customers get the impression that company strives to develop the optimal solution for the customer’s needs — technically and financially.
- That sales and earnings budgets are kept
- To develop sales and market shares in Ukraine.
