Qubit Labs is a Ukrainian IT company, partner for tech industry product leaders all over the globe. We build developers' teams for top companies, growing tech businesses and innovative startups from the USA, Europe, and the Middle East.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound sales (active search for new clients on LinkedIn, forums and other platforms);
- Participation in professional events (trade exhibitions, conferences, meetups…) to find new clients;
- Add activities into CRM system;
- Cooperation with Lead generation manager;
- Develop B2B messaging for outreach campaigns and automate send-outs (email, LinkedIn);
- Follow up with leads and partners, nurture them, and work with their objections;
- Make market audience research and analysis.
Requirements:
- Fluent English (Upper Intermediate/Advanced);
- Has result-oriented with good problem-solving and prioritization skills;
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Sales, or Business Development roles;
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively;
- Utilization of sales and automation tools to boost productivity;
- CRM and outreach systems experience;
- Ability to travel.
