Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to drive sales growth in the sport & outdoor sector.
• Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored sports & outdoor solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a B2B Sales Manager or relevant role, preferably in the sport & outdoor or related industry.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and sales and marketing techniques.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
