We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented B2B Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a B2B Sales Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our business-to-business initiatives, playing a key role in driving revenue growth and establishing strong partnerships. If you have a proven track record in B2B sales, a strategic mindset, and excellent communication skills, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Researching and generating effective b2b sales lead base (email, social media links etc);
- Building and managing sales strategies.
- Search for new leads, which become new clients as a result
- Build a lead-generation strategy, analyze its effectiveness and work on the improvements
- Providing a list of leads for a particular project/market at agreed frequency and amount.
- Running the system and keeping it up-to-date.
- Working with various online tools and databases to generate leads;
- Working with Google Sheets, Excel, Social Networks.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level.
- Demonstrated track record in selling IT services (outstaffing/outsourcing) with over 2 years of experience.
- Familiarity with prevalent sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, lead generation tools and services. Exceptional writing skills for tasks like email outreach and crafting cold emails.
- Comprehensive understanding of commonly used IT technologies, their distinctions, and a rapid ability to grasp new ones.
- Proven experience in effectively closing international IT sales deals.
