We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented B2B Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

• Researching and generating effective b2b sales lead base (email, social media links etc);
• Building and managing sales strategies.
• Search for new leads, which become new clients as a result
• Build a lead-generation strategy, analyze its effectiveness and work on the improvements
• Providing a list of leads for a particular project/market at agreed frequency and amount.
• Running the system and keeping it up-to-date.
• Working with various online tools and databases to generate leads;
• Working with Google Sheets, Excel, Social Networks.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level.
• Demonstrated track record in selling IT services (outstaffing/outsourcing) with over 2 years of experience.
• Familiarity with prevalent sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, lead generation tools and services. Exceptional writing skills for tasks like email outreach and crafting cold emails.
• Comprehensive understanding of commonly used IT technologies, their distinctions, and a rapid ability to grasp new ones.
• Proven experience in effectively closing international IT sales deals.
