The key objective of the role is to create and implement strategies to deliver excellent sales execution in the area of responsibility.
We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated and creative manager to help our customers in the selection and consulting of a medical program.
What you have to do:
- Attract new clients;
- Understand the needs and problems of clients and choose a medical program;
- Negotiations and signing contracts with clients;
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients;
- Meet monthly sales plans;
- Maintaining CRM database, personal reporting;
- Handling clients' accounts.
What is required:
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the European market (experience in the medical area will be beneficial);
- Fluent English;
What is important to us:
- Experience in the full cycle of sales;
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of modern sales tools (e.g., CRM, Salesforce);
- Hands-on personality with the ability to take full responsibility for the assigned sales area;
- Excellent communication & interpersonal as well as negotiation & organizational skills;
- Desire to learn and develop in the medical field.
