Join our international EdTech company, active for over 9 years in 7 countries, with 900,000 students and 110,000 teachers. We’re hiring a Customer Service and Tutor Manager for the Romanian market to lead BUKI School’s customer service and market growth.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in B2C Sales Management.
  • Fluent Romanian: clear speech, structured writing.
  • E-commerce or EdTech sales experience preferred.
  • Tech-savvy: CRM, email, sales tools.
  • Excellent communication, client relationship skills.
  • Results-driven, motivated to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell tutoring services.
  • Network and partner relationship building.
  • Manage client interactions and sales records.
  • Develop new sales channels and marketing strategies.
  • Lead cold outreach and sales analysis.
  • Manage and mentor sales team; recruitment and onboarding.

Work Environment:

  • Collaborate with teams across Ukraine, Poland, Kazakhstan.
  • Engage with Core Team and directly with CEO and founders.
  • Autonomy in market growth and strategy.
