Core Responsibilities
- Owning the Trade Marketing agenda (BTL) for Brick and Mortar channel in Ukraine: supporting the development of annual strategy and plans
- Collaborating with local Ukrainian Sales team and Marketing teams to effectively plan and implement in-store activations
- Execution of BTL plans in Brick and Mortar channel — creation, production and delivery of all the vital assets and POSM to acquire the key objectives
- Support Sales by delivering marketing inputs and being the Marketing representative with customers
- Supervise the execution, prepare reports, analyze and draw conclusions
- Visiting stores regularly to keep up-to-date with the business and competition
- Handling local agencies (BTL print house, BTL creative, trade events)
- Leading Trade Marketing budget for Ukraine
Play your part in our team’s success
Trade Marketing is an international team located across 3 main offices in Poland, Ukraine and Baltics (PUB). You will report to Senior Trade Marketing Manager in Poland.
As part of the broader Marketing team you will collaborate closely with Brand and Digital teams (majority located in Poland), as well as regional Marketing team (based in Czech). Your main responsibility is the Brick and Mortar channel, which means close partnership with the local Sales team in Ukraine.
Your main objective is to deliver strong BTL activations on LEGO in Ukraine for different Brick & Mortar Channels, in partnership with local and regional teams, striving to deliver annual and monthly business objectives of LEGO in PUB.
Do you have what it takes?
- Proven experience, preferably in marketing / trade marketing
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and with external agencies (briefing, coordination, execution)
- Ability to build positive environment and partnerships with external/internal customers
- Very good organizational skills, able to work with many tasks and team members at the same time
- Independence
- Very good Microsoft Office skills (Power Point, Excel)
- Proficient verbal and written Ukrainian and English
