We are an international AUTODOC company: based in Germany and specializing in the sale of auto parts and accessories for cars.
Our company is already 15 years old. We employ more than 5,000 people of 68 nationalities. We manage to serve customers in 27 European countries in 23 languages. Inquisitive minds, enterprising experts and tech-savvy professionals — one team with a profit of one billion euros.
We are looking for a B2B sales manager with knowledge of the English language (C1) for our team to work with potential customers, attract them to cooperation, conduct consultations and conclude contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Expand the client portfolio by attracting new key clients and partners with inbound/outbound contacts with them.
- To ensure the implementation of sales plans in a fixed territory and/or group of customers on a permanent basis.
- Create and sell individual solutions and offers for b2b clients of any segment (distributors, networks, etc.).
- To ensure the entire sales process to the final buyer, from order creation to shipment: plan daily and weekly negotiations; communicating with customers via phone calls, email, chats and/or other channels; preparation of proposals and presentations; creation of orders; interaction with other departments of the company (accounting, marketing and transport department, warehouses) to ensure the highest quality of services and meet all customer needs; working with third-party providers of transport, logistics and export services (requesting quotations, agreeing on the best prices for supplies, monitoring export procedures, etc.).
- Fill in correct data in CRM, ERP and other IT resources.
- To ensure long-term relations with clients, constantly staying in touch.
- Plan and report on progress, goals, sales and quarterly initiatives.
- Perform other tasks and goals set by the immediate supervisor.
Conditions:
- Work remotely
- Salary according to the results of the interview in the specified range
- Schedule: Monday — Friday, 9:00 a.m. — 6:00 p.m., 1-hour lunch break.

General requirements for candidates:

English language C1 (spoken and written)
- Experience of working with B2B clients from 2 years
- Residence on the territory of Ukraine and permission to stay and work in Ukraine
Requirements for remote work:
- Internet speed from 50 mb/s;
- Computer parameters: a) Windows 7 or 10 operating system; b) processor from 2 GHz; c) RAM from 8 GB.
