Rovex Telecom was incorporated in 2003, since inception we have quickly established cooperation with over 700 voice operators spanning the globe. We partner with Tier 1, Tier 2, Wholesale and direct SIM / TDM operators in Africa, Asia, Europe, CIS, Latin America and Middle East.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A background in the IT and telecommunications industry, including the latest trends, technologies, and market conditions is a plus.

This includes knowledge of the different types of telecommunications services and products, such as SIM/TDM operators, VOIP wholesale, VOIP billing, and SMS wholesale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To develop the Rovex interconnect base by interconnecting new PTT, Tier ½, Mobile, MVNO or wholesale operators;
• Building strong relationships with the customers and suppliers you bring to Rovex;
• Work with an existing customer base;
• Active sales — ongoing business development responsibility to ensure the growth and success of the Rovex wholesale voice team;
• Increase our business by meeting assigned buying and selling targets.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS::

• Higher education;
• At least 2 years experience in account management within the Telecom sector preferably within the wholesale voice environment;
• Fluent spoken and written English is a must, additional languages a positive;
• Advanced user of computer packages;
• Sociable, responsible and a quick learner.
