We are an international team of professionals in organizing sea tours on a yacht and providing yacht rental services in any corner of the world.

Sparks Life Worldwide was founded in 2018 in Estonia and since then has been constantly expanding and opening offices in other countries.

Now we have offices in Ukraine, Estonia, and sales departments in the USA and Great Britain.

We invite an experienced Sales manager (English language) to join our team.

Candidate requirements:

• High level of English language (level C1, B2) for free communication via phone with foreigners;

• Experience in sales (preferably in the VIP segment);
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to listen and understand customers, be diplomatic;
• Ability to quickly analyze the situation and make decisions;
• Experience in the field of yachting or tourism is preferable.

Job responsibilities:

• Working with private and corporate clients;
• Conducting negotiations with clients via phone and in writing;
• Business correspondence with partners and travel agents;
• Management of CRM;
• Placement of offers and tour programs on the website;
• Conclusion of contracts, issuance of documents;
• Working with the existing client base and developing the new ones.
