QA Madness is a European IT service company focusing strongly on QA and cyber security. The company was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Poland. Currently, we are searching for an experienced IT Sales Manager to become a great addition to our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establishing the first contact and operational work with potential clients through a range of channels (email/call/meeting/Linkedin);
- Holding online meetings/calls with the potential clients;
- Holding negotiations with the potential clients via email/social channels;
- Working with both inbound/outbound sales channels;
- Collaborating with Lead generator to define the best outreach campaigns (Linkedin, mailing);
- Leadgenerating outbound sales to increase the overall outbound revenue;
- Knowing how to identify the company audience, decision-makers and its ICP;
- Collaborating with CCO to achieve sales department goals.
HARD SKILLS:
- Advanced English, both written and verbal skills are required;
- Experience in Sales not less than 2 years;
- Work experience with HubSpot;
- General understanding of modern technologies.
SOFT SKILLS:
- Analytical and logical thinking skills;
- Responsibility, ability to hear and learn from others;
- Ambitions and a huge desire to grow professionally.
