We’re looking for a Sales Manager for a Language Service Provider. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting the full sales cycle, including b2b sales activities such as lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals. Your proactive approach will involve reaching out to potential clients in EU markets, building and maintaining successful business relationships, and partial project management.
The project
Company offers a range of language-related services to businesses and individuals. We specialize in facilitating communication and language translation in various contexts. Primary services include translation, interpretation, localization, transcreation, and some language technology solutions. Main core service — written translations.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct the full sales cycle, b2b sales activities, from lead generation to prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals
- Proactively reach out to potential clients and build and maintain successful business relationships
- Manage and coordinate projects related to sales initiatives
- Collaborate with with colleagues to develop effective sales strategies
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth
- Provide excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-motivated attitude
Required
- Sales background or related telemarketing skills (2+ years)
- Advanced business English, both written and verbal (B2 /Upper Intermediate)
- Proven successful sales track record (b2b)
- Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proactive Team player, flexible, self-motivated, result-oriented
- Consistently and Persistence
Nice to Have
- IT industry experience
- Project management experience
- LinkedIn/Upwork sales
- Participation in international programs like Flex, Work and Travel USA/Europe or other abroad living experience
- Experience in Public speaking / presentations, pitching familiarity with trending sales techniques / tools and best practices
